This is a great book for information about canning, especially if your new to canning. It has great recipes with easy instructions on how to prepare the food and which canning process to use, pressure canning or water bath. Instructions for freezing foods is also in this book. I'd recommend this book from new canners to experienced canners.I bought this book with the understanding that it was new, when in fact it is NOT new and there is writing in the book with bent pages. I was charge 18 and some change which I was fine with thinking it was new. Also, the seller left the sticker of 7.99 on it from wherever they purchased it from. I don't care, but it's strange not to remove sticker prices when you resell something and mentioning it's used would have been nice instead of letting one believe they are buying a new one. Overall, the book is good, and I will keep it and get good use of it.
